During checkout, you will be asked to provide your district's public IP address. This is critical. The public IP must be the shared external IP address that all district users connect through. All devices on your network should share this same public IP. Without the correct IP address, server-side blocking cannot be applied to your district.
Void Network reserves the right to discontinue server-side blocking services at any time and for any reason. If we choose to end this service, your subscription will be cancelled and access will be restored to your district. While we are committed to providing reliable protection, this is not a guaranteed permanent solution—however, as long as your subscription remains active, blocking will remain in effect.
